Kodel Decorative is a motorcycle seat leather supplier providing PU and PVC material to seat manufacturers, aftermarket reupholstery shops, and custom bike builders. Thailand is home to major motorcycle assembly operations for Honda and Yamaha, which has built up a deep local supply chain for seat components, foam, and covering material.
Motorcycle seat material has to survive a harder environment than a car seat: direct sun, rain, and constant flex without a roof for protection. We supply material tested for that use, in stock colours and custom textures.

Most motorcycle seat covers are made from PU leather, PVC synthetic leather, or a coated woven fabric, chosen for waterproofing, UV resistance, and grip rather than the soft hand-feel prioritised in car seat leather. Carbon-look embossing and anti-slip texture patterns are common on both OEM and aftermarket seats.

KTM is named for exactly this application: a dark, rugged tone range built for tough outdoor use. AUTO BLACK and SAMSON add further dark, grip-friendly finishes suited to seat covers.

Most motorcycle seat covers use PU leather, PVC synthetic leather, or a coated woven fabric over a foam pan. The choice depends on budget, expected weather exposure, and whether the seat needs a factory colour match or a custom aftermarket look.
PVC is generally more water-resistant and lower cost, which suits budget and commercial models. PU offers a softer feel and better UV stability in higher grades, which suits premium and export markets. Both need proper waterproofing and stitching regardless of material choice.
Look for material tested for water resistance and seam integrity, not just a water-resistant surface coating. Ask for a sample and test it under the stitching pattern you plan to use, since most leaks happen at the seams rather than through the material itself.
Yes. We supply carbon-look, embossed grip, and smooth finishes, with custom textures available for larger production runs.
We quote smaller trial-batch volumes alongside full production runs, since many of our buyers are individual seat shops rather than large factories. Share your typical monthly usage for a specific MOQ.
Lifespan depends on climate, cover quality, and whether the bike is parked in direct sun. UV-stable PU and PVC grades resist cracking and fading significantly longer than uncoated or low-grade material.
For larger orders, yes. Share your seat pan pattern and we will confirm whether pre-cutting is available for your volume.
Tell us your seat pan size, texture preference, and monthly volume, and we will send samples and a quote.
